Open Control Panel.
Click on Network and Internet.
Click on Network and Sharing Center.
Click the Set up a new connection or network link.
Select the Manually connect to a wireless network option.
Click the Next button.
Enter the network SSID name.
Use the drop-down menu to select the Security type. (Usually, the security type is WPA2-Personal.)
Enter the network security key (password).
Check the Start this connection automatically option.
Click the Next button.
Click the Close button.
